Prototype Programming, Integration & Testing

Our engineers assemble your control system prototype at our ISO 9001:2015 certified facility in Minnesota. The prototype is thoroughly tested and reviewed against your design to ensure compliance with your specifications and industry standards. You can bring your equipment to our facility for control system integration and testing, or our engineer will travel to your site to conduct the test.

If required, we will work with your engineering team to test different components and make adjustments to fine-tune your design.

Mobile Electronic Control System Kitting

After testing and approving your prototype, we create custom packaged control system kits for your assembly line. Kits are customized to your equipment but typically include the electronic control unit (ECU), human-machine interface (HMI) screen, joystick, gauges, motion and position sensors, and wiring. 

Custom mobile electronics system components can be packaged with or without hydraulic pumps, motors, custom hose assemblies, and other parts to further streamline machine assembly and increase productivity.
