Custom Hydraulic Manifold & Valve Design

Custom integrated hydraulic circuits can range from simple assemblies with several cartridges to highly complex circuits with multiple cartridges and advanced controls.
You can achieve performance similar to a stack valve assembly with these options. Integrated circuits could also contain mobile or industrial-style directional control valve sections, pressure filtration solutions, and electronic control feedback devices. All units are quality-tested at our facility:
- Proprietary, computer-aided designs made to machine specifications
- Pressure up to 5000 PSI
- Flow-individual cartridges up to 750 GPM
- Aluminum, steel, or ductile iron bar stock. Castings for large quantities
- Screw-in or DIN-style slip cartridges
- ISO/NFPA subplate-mounted and manifold-mounted valves
