FLUID POWER FABRICATION FACILITY From initial design assistance through final installation, Oil-Air Products specializes in the fabrication of complete hydraulic control systems. Within our 38,000 square foot facility, we have the capability to test up to 300 HP as well as to paint all fabricated machinery. Our technicians are all graduates of fluid power schools and possess years of experience in all applications, We build excellence into everything we do.
ISO QUALITY CERTIFICATION Oil-Air Products, and our suppliers, provide ISO certification of manufacturing processes to our end customers. We maintain thorough records and utilize quality measuring systems to bring you superior products that reach the highest standards. PROTOTYPE PLUMBING ASSISTANCE We are fluid power connector product specialists and perform professional plumbing on a daily basis. Having access to a multitude of products including hose, fittings, tubing, clamps and quick disconnects, we can prototype your machinery using the most current industry practices. We will generate a complete bill of mterials and "kit" your entire system, eliminating your need to purchase the loose components. Adapter use will be more efficient and leakage eliminated. This service reduces your inventory, handling, procurement expense and field service while providing additional benefits.
